Closing Ceremony

The Closing Ceremony will bring the Special Olympics Invitational Games — Road to Santiago 2027 to a close with a celebration that will bring together athletes from all delegations once the competitions have ended, so they can bid farewell together to a week of sports at the Parque Estadio Nacional.

The event will take place on Thursday, November 12, at 7:00 p.m. at the Centro de Deportes Coletivos, and it will also be a time to look ahead, because in October 2027, Santiago will host the Special Olympics World Games, which will be held in Latin America for the first time.
